Phone recycling

for Business Customers of T-Mobile

T-Mobile is pleased to offer free phone recycling to all our customers, working in partnership with Fonebak.

But why should you recycle your old mobile phones

  • Help meet your company's environmental management targets, compliant with the UK WEEE regulations
  • Raise funds to donate to your company's charity partner
  • Engage your employees in recycling

Unwanted phones returned in good condition can be given a second life, and recycling cuts down the environmental waste associated with throwing away a phone.

So, what should you do next?

  1. All you need to do is contact our Recycling partner, Fonebak, by calling 01708 683427.
  2. You will be given a unique recycling reference for you to use each time you wish to recycle.
  3. Fonebak will then arrange to send you either;
    • A Container - for large collections
    • Freepost Bags - for small collections
  4. All you then have to do is arrange for the container to be collected once it's full or send the Freepost Bag back to Fonebak
  5. In 21 days you should receive your recycling payment (or your chosen charity will have a smile on their face).
