What's the service?
Ever struggled to get everybody together in a room at the same time for a meeting? With Group Call you can talk with up to 20 colleagues at the same time on the same call.

- You don't need to register for the service
- It doesn't matter which network your colleagues are on. They can be with another UK mobile network, using a landline or even overseas!
- You can switch between individual calls and group calls whenever you want
How do I do it?
A Group Call is simple to set up. Just follow these steps:
- The group decides on the organiser
- The organiser's number becomes the Group Identity Number
- The organiser decides whether a security PIN is required (optional).
- The organiser informs the group of the date and time of the call, the Group Identity Number and PIN number (if arranged). A simple way to communicate this is with a Group Text!
Making the call
- Callers dial the Group Call access number 07953 953 953 at the agreed time
- When prompted, callers enter the Group Identity Number
- T-Mobile customers can dial the group call organiser's number prefixed with 3 for quick access
- Callers enter the PIN number - or hash # if one hasn't been set up
- Others can enter and leave the group call at any time. The number of callers will be announced whenever this happens

What does it cost?

Callers are charged as a standard call to a T-Mobile phone.
