Access faxes when you're on the move by having them sent to your mobile. They're stored in your voicemail ready to be printed to any convenient fax machine.

How do I do it?

How to receive fax messages

Faxes can be sent to you by dialling your mobile number from the fax machine. The standard voicemail indicator will appear on your mobile when a fax is received

How to print fax messages

Access your voicemail in the normal way. You'll be told how many new faxes you have. Press 2 to choose to print your faxes. You can send the fax to the primary printing destination by pressing 1 or enter an alternative fax number by pressing 2. Note: the system will not print more than 20 pages per fax

How to set up a primary fax destination

The primary fax destination is the fax machine you most often send your faxes to print. Setting this up saves entering the number every time you want to send a fax to print. To set up the primary fax destination access voicemail then press 2 to change your personal options. Then press 3 to change your fax options. Then press 1 to establish or change the primary fax destination.

How to set up autoprint

Autoprint automatically sends every new fax to be printed off at a single fax machine as well as storing them within your voicemail. To set up autoprint, access voicemail and press 2 to change your personal options. Then press 3 to change your fax options. Then press 2 to turn autoprint on or off.

Call from a fax machine

You can call your voicemail from a fax machine and choose to print your faxes to that fax machine. Access your voicemail by calling your mobile number. When your voicemail message plays press # and enter your PIN number, then press 33 to print your faxes.

What does it cost?

This service is free to all customers registered as a business. Just call Customer Services on 150 from your T-Mobile phone to set it up.

You pay call charges for sending a fax to print at the same rate as if you'd called that number directly from the mobile.

NOTE: you must also have Voicemail extra provisioned.

Voicemail extra lets you store up to 30 messages, each lasting up to three minutes, for up to 21 days.

If you're registered as a business customer, Voicemail extra is free. Otherwise Voicemail extra is available for just £1.50 per month.
