What's the service?
With our Group Voice Messaging service you can send the same voice message to up to 50 people.
What are the benefits?
It's simplified communication - you can speak to everybody with one voice!
How do I set it up?
First, you need to create a voicemail group.
You'll need to have the group's telephone numbers in front of you before you start as they can't be input from your phonebook. Then follow these steps:
- Enter the Voicemail menu (press 1)
- Select 'Mailbox Features' (press 2)
- Select 'Set up a voicemail distribution list' (press 4)
- Select 'To create a list' (press 2)
- We'll give your group a distribution number. Make a note of it.
- Record a name for the group (press # after recording)
- Enter your numbers (press # after each number)
- Press # twice to complete the group

How to create and send a group voice message
- Enter the Voicemail menu (press 1)
- Select 'To send a voice message' (press 4)
- Enter a group distribution or individual number (press # twice after last number)
- Record your message (press # to finish recording)
- Send the message (press 2)
How to forward a voicemail to a group
- Listen to your voicemail message
- Select 'To forward the message' (press 2)
- Enter a group distribution or individual number (press # after last number)
- If required, 'Add a note' to the message (press 1)
- Send the message (press 2)
How to reply to a voicemail with a voice message
- Listen to your voicemail message
- Select 'Record a reply' (press 2)
- Record a message (press # to end recording)
- Send the message (press 2)
What does it cost?
Voice messages sent to T-Mobile UK customers will be charged as a voice call as per your price plan for the length of the message recorded for each intended recipient.
Messages sent to customers of other networks or to T-Mobile UK customers with no mailbox are charged as a voice call as per your price plan for the length of the call including repetition of message and introduction, for each intended recipient.
While roaming you'll be charged the roaming rate to access Voicemail. Any messages sent will be charged as in the UK.
