Four business areas, one company

T-Mobile is divided into four major areas in the UK, all with one aim - to delight our customers and become the most highly regarded customer service company in the UK. Our divisions are:

Call centre operations 

Making up more than 50 per cent of our entire workforce, we rely on these our Call centre staff to assist and impress our existing and new customers.

Retail  

Knowledgeable, passionate and professional - these individuals staff our UK stores, selling our products and services professionally to our high street customers.

Technology 

Making sure everything works - for us and our customers - this division has three departments:

  • Network Services
    This group plans, builds and operates the network our customers use - it's as simple(!) as that.
  • Information Systems
    To maintain and develop the computer-based systems that help us deliver our services to our customers - we rely on this team of experts.
  • Operations
    Supporting and maintaining our technology across the business, this team works up and down the country taking care of building, updating and repairing our equipment.

Professional Services

Keeping the company moving forward, this division is divided into:

  • Sales
    Helping the company develop and build a customer offering that makes us stand out from our competition
  • Sales Operations
    Supporting all our sales areas, this team develops and supplies all the relevant support and materials our sales people need
  • Marketing
    Living and breathing our brand, this team develops and brings to life our core values within T-Mobile, as well as in our customers' minds
  • Finance
    Split across three main areas - internal audit, customer finance and reporting - finance plays a key part in the strategic direction and day-to-day running of every part of our business
  • Human Resources
    From coming on board to growing within our company, this area look after our people. They make things happen such as: recruitment, reward, learning and development and organisational development
  • Customer Services
    Supporting all of our customer services functions across the UK, this team ensures our front-line agents have all the tools they need to manage the customer experience effectively
  • Legal
    Experts in giving all our departments practical and commercially innovative legal advice, these guys keep us on the straight and narrow
  • Programme Development & Management
    By managing the delivery of big projects, this is the team that ensures change takes place at the pace we need it to
