Flexible Working

We offer our customers the most comprehensive service we can, to make us stand out from the competition. That means being available for them seven days a week, 365 days a year - from 7am to 10.15pm every day.

So we're looking for people who can be flexible about which days and hours they are available for work. Shifts vary between 8.5 and 10.5 hours.

For full-time call centre staff

You need to be available to work five days out of seven, between 7am and 10.15pm, 365 days per year

For part-time call centre staff

There are various evening shift patterns available, from between 16 to 30 hours a week.

You'll be allocated a shift pattern in your third week of training and, because we support a healthy work/life balance, you can request to change it after your probation is over. And we'll give you 30 days' notice, if we need to change your shift.
