The Academy

Joining us you'll receive up to six weeks induction training at our Academy - a blend of classroom, e-learning and contact centre sessions. You'll get to know our products inside out. We'll teach you call handling techniques, so you can always handle customers' calls quickly and professionally. And before you answer a call, we'll make sure you're proficient on all the systems we use here.

Weekly assessments

To ensure you're progressing, and that you're happy with the level of training you receive, together we assess your progress on a weekly basis.
