- Can I send my CV directly to someone in recruitment?
We accept applications through our online application form. However, if, because of disability, you can't apply online please email our recruitment team and we'll provide you with an alternative option.
- Can I apply for more than one job?
Yes, you can. But think carefully about what roles you're suitable for and which areas of the business you want to work in.
- How long will it take for someone to contact me?
We aim to keep you closely informed of the progress of your application, either by email or over the phone, but there's no fixed amount of time for someone to contact you. You are able to track the progress of your application online.
- If I see a T-Mobile job advertised on another website, can I apply for it through this website?
Yes - use whichever route suits you best, but please remember to tell us where you first saw the job advertised when you make your application.
- Do you have a work placement/experience programme?
We support scholarships for degree courses at Hertfordshire University. We also offer internships to students from Hertfordshire University on their gap year placement. Details of the schemes are available through the university career service.
- Can I register my CV so that you can let me know when any suitable jobs come up?
No. But you can save a search on the system and we'll let you know when a suitable job becomes available.
- How long does the recruitment process take?
It really depends on the role. It can take anything from one to six weeks.
- How long does it take to get feedback after an interview?
We'll give feedback as soon as possible after an interview. However, sometimes you'll need to wait until all the candidates have been interviewed.
- What about if I want more feedback?
You can ask the recruiter looking after the role for further feedback.
- How are T-Mobile interviews structured?

- When do I get the results of any online tests?
You'll get feedback on the test as soon as possible - in many cases, during the interview.
- Where can I find the closing date for a job?
We keep jobs open until they are filled, so it's best to apply as soon as you see something that interests you.
