Personal development at T-Mobile begins from day one with an induction programme - we like confident staff who can work on their own initiative, but we know you don't achieve that by dropping new people in at the deep end.
Everyone joining our retail team takes part, with the first part of the programme held at our head office in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. You'll be in a group of your peers during the induction, when you could end up meeting colleagues who remain friends for your entire career here.
Your induction
During your four-day course we'll bring you up to speed with:
- the future of our retail business
- our brand, its history and values
- all of our current products and services
- day-to-day operations across the company
- our customers and the journey we'd like them to take
All new retail staff then take part in an 11-week, in-store training and development programme, T-Mobile starts here.
Following completion of this initial programme, you will then work closely with your manager to map out a longer term personal development programme, ensuring that your development continues throughout your career with us.
