Our managers lead from the front, energising their team and using their leadership skills to make sure customers get the best possible experience from our stores. Where possible, we endeavour to grow from within - with a clear progression path mapped out for our retail employees.

Store managers

These are the people who already have a couple of years' experience in managing people in retail or customer services, as well as having strong leadership, planning, organisation and communication skills. You need business sense too - an understanding of what's happening in your industry as well as what's happening locally and in your store, and how these factors may affect business.

Deputy Managers

Here we are looking for people who should already have some experience of managing a retail store or be an assistant manager in a large store. You'll be working in some of our larger stores using most of the same skills as a store manager, but also developing your role and abilities with a view to making the step up when you're ready.

Assistant Managers

Very similar to deputies, but you will be working in medium-sized stores and looking to step up and manage one. For both assistants and deputies, we will do everything we can to help you achieve your ambitions and develop the skills needed for store management.
