WiFi HotSpot included in Mobile Broadband Plans

New customers that sign up to web'n'walk Max, Plus, or Plus Daily* can now enjoy WiFi access in any of our HotSpots across the UK. So on top of 3G coverage across the country, unlimited WiFi Hotspots are included in the price - in places where you need WiFi the most, such as airports, hotels and Starbucks.

How do I start using WiFi HotSpots?

Once you've signed up to web'n'walk Plus, Max or Plus Daily follow these steps:

  1. Text OPEN to 9526
  2. You'll then receive your HotSpot username and password
  3. Find your nearest HotSpot
  4. Take your WiFi enabled laptop to the HotSpot location
  5. Type your username and password into the HotSpot login screen
  6. Surf the web!

Other options

  Charge to your mobile phone and pay per use

If you don't need access regularly and you have a T-Mobile phone, set up a HotSpot account.

Simply text OPEN to 9526 and we'll text you back a username and password valid at all T-Mobile and partner HotSpots worldwide.

After this your HotSpot charges will simply be added to your T-Mobile bill and £1/10 minutes thereafter (75p inc VAT at the start of each 10-minute period connected to T-Mobile HotSpots in the UK and £1 at the start of each 10 minutes period connected to BT Openzone Wi-Fi locations).

  Limited period pass

Or why not just buy a pass when you arrive at any HotSpot location? Simply set up your device to detect the network and start up your browser. Sign up, buy a pass using your credit card, log in and connect. We'll then give you a unique username and password valid at all T-Mobile HotSpot UK locations and BT Openzone locations, until the pass expires. There is also a VAT receipt that you can download when you log on.

Payment is by direct debit. A £3 monthly charge applies for processing payments by methods other than direct debit.

£20 price plan

Subscription provides unlimited use (subject to the following fair use policy) of T-Mobile hotspots in the UK and 300 minutes a month to use at BT Openzone owned and operated Hotspots in the UK.
Fair Use Policy:
Customers who make excessive use of the service may be asked to reduce their use. If usage continues to be excessive, T-Mobile may move these customers to another plan. T-Mobile currently considers "excessive" use to be 30GB or more of data per month (sent and received). We reserve the right to vary this policy, but will notify you if we do.
Subject to a single, immediately repeatable, session of 6 hours in duration.
HotSpot terms and conditions apply.
Username and password are non-transferable.

£10 price plan for existing customers

Existing pay monthly (excluding U-Fix) T-Mobile customers only.
Subscription provides unlimited use (subject to the following fair use policy) of T-Mobile HotSpots in the UK and 300 minutes a month to use at BT Openzone owned and operated Hotspots in the UK.

75p for 10 minutes rate automatically applies when using T-Mobile HotSpots and £1 for 10 minutes rate automatically applies when using BT Openzone owned and operated Hotspots, in the UK.

Limited period pass

60 minutes pass is available for use for 24 hours from the time of first use.
