Superfast and then some

EE, the company behind T-Mobile and Orange, is up and running and bringing customers superfast 4GEE plus Fibre Broadband, as well as continuing to offer the UK's biggest 3G network. But it doesn't stop there.

This summer we're upgrading our 4G network so it will be twice as fast again, with average speeds of 24-30Mbps and a top speed of 60Mbps. That's faster than most people's fibre home broadband.

Double speed 4G means you can do all sorts of things on your phone or tablet even quicker than before, like downloading a 1GB film from the EE Film store in 5 minutes or a music track instantly.

Sign up to 4GEE right now, you'll get Double Speed 4G for free. Use the coverage checker to see if double speed 4G is available in your area now.

It's all good news for you

As a T-Mobile customer, you're already using EE's 3G network, the biggest in the UK, which is why you now see 'EE' on your device screen. Your local T-Mobile and Orange stores have become exciting new EE stores, giving you access to almost twice as many stores as before. These EE stores are staffed by teams of brilliantly helpful people - including specialists in smartphones and systems like Apple, BlackBerry, Android and Microsoft.

If you pay by Direct Debit, credit or debit card you'll notice the name on your bank statement has changed to 'EE and T-Mobile'.

Still the T-Mobile you know and love

You'll continue to be a T-Mobile customer unless you choose to move to EE. Everything you love about T-Mobile stays exactly the same. You still enjoy the same great value, and your number, mobile broadband service and plan details haven't changed either.
