Superfast is here
We've got some great news. EE, the new brand from the company behind T-Mobile and Orange, has landed – and it's brought superfast 4GEE and Fibre Broadband with it. EE is the new brand for a digital age and offers the UK's first mobile 4G network and Fibre Broadband for the home, along with the UK's biggest 3G network. 4G gives you superfast internet on your mobile, tablet or laptop, making things like downloads, Facebook and YouTube unbelievably quick..
It's all good news for you
As a T-Mobile customer, you're already using EE's 3G network, the biggest in the UK, which is why you now see 'EE' on your device screen. EE will continue to invest to make it the best network in Britain.
Your local T-Mobile and Orange stores have become exciting new EE stores, giving you access to almost twice as many stores as before. These EE stores are staffed by teams of brilliantly helpful people – including specialists in smartphones and systems like Apple, BlackBerry, Android and Microsoft.
If you pay by Direct Debit, credit or debit card you'll notice the name on your bank statement has changed to 'EE and T–Mobile'.
Still the T-Mobile you know and love
You'll continue to be a T–Mobile customer unless you choose to move to EE. Everything you love about T–Mobile stays exactly the same. You still enjoy the same great value, and your number, mobile broadband service and plan details haven't changed either.
