Direct debit is the most hassle-free way to pay your mobile bill. Once set up, the full amount owing will be paid out of your account automatically around 14 days after you receive the bill in the post.
You'll never have to remember to pay your mobile bill again plus you'll avoid the £3 separate payment handling charge.
How to pay by direct debit
Setting up couldn't be easier - You can now set up direct debit online by logging into My T-Mobile, alternatively you can call us and we'll help arrange it, or simply download and print off the direct debit form below and send it back to us.

Tip: Direct debit and online/telephone banking are our preferred payment methods. A separate payment handling charge of £3 will apply for paying by all other methods
