We offer lots of payment options so you can enjoy more control over your mobile account.
Paying your bill from your mobile is as easy as making a call and following the voice prompts. Just make sure you have your registered card handy.
How to pay by phone
You'll need to register a debit or credit card first. Then simply:
- call 360 from your T-Mobile phone
- provide the last four numbers of your registered card
- supply the three-digit security code on the back of your registered card
Tip: A separate payment handling charge of £3 will apply if you pay by phone. To avoid this charge, pay your bill by direct debit or online/telephone banking.
