When does my free trial start?
The free trial pack starts on the day you joined T-Mobile. You can start sending MMS, international text and browsing straight away. You will also receive a text from us within a day of joining T-Mobile. The text includes a link to an internet page that describes all the offers and links you through to the free downloads. Just follow the instructions.
How do I get the free downloads?
Follow the link in the text you receive and you will be able to download any of the items listed. You can download as much of it as you like. There is no charge for downloading anything from these pages. When you download each item you will be able to choose where it will save on your phone.
Browsing on this page is free when you follow the link in the text we send you.
What if I want to download some of the items another day?
You have up to 30 days to download the items. You can either save the text we sent you, so you can click on it again, or you can bookmark the free trial download page. To do this, open the page you want to bookmark, select the "options" or "more" button on your phone, and then "tools". There will be an option to bookmark the page so that next time you can just open up Web n Walk or t-zones, go to your bookmarks and follow the link straight to the free trial download site (handsets will vary as to how this is done, but it should be simple to bookmark a page).
