My T-Mobile puts you in the driver's seat, making it possible for you to change and control many aspects of your mobile account online.

To make it even easier for you, we've produced step-by-step instructions on how to make each change.

Please note: The options available to you through My T-Mobile will vary depending on your price plan, usage, how long you've been with us and whether you're the account holder.

Find out your PUK code and unblock your SIM

How to find out your PUK code and unblock your SIM:

  1. Sign up or log in to My T-Mobile
  2. Select Phone
  3. (If there's more than one mobile on your account, click on the mobile number you wish to find out the PUK for - if there's only one mobile on your account, go straight to step 4)
  4. Select Unblock SIM
  5. Click beside If your PIN code is locked
  6. Your PUK code will display. Enter this into your phone to unblock your SIM
