We have a 'safety first' culture at T-Mobile, and continually strive to improve our safety record.

Awareness and monitoring

We perform a HS&E audit of every single department within the business at least every two years to make sure they are compliant with our policies.

We fully investigate all near misses, incidents and accidents, and take action to address any potential problems that are discovered.

Each department has at least one HS&E champion - a volunteer who spends a few hours each month promoting HS&E issues to their colleagues.

Training

Employees can attend a range of health and safety training courses, including Fire Marshall and First Aid training as required.

For roles that require it, more advanced training courses are available, such as guidance on working at heights for network engineers.

We also make all employees aware of how to use mobiles safely while driving, and handset partners hold roadshows at our sites to reinforce the safe driving message.
