Our approach

Standards and Policies

T-Mobile has achieved certification of its health and safety procedures to the internationally recognised OHSAS18001 standard, and is also accredited to ISO14001 standard for its environmental management system. T-Mobile was also the first company in the world to achieve PAS99 for operating a combined Health, Safety & Environment management system.

Our HS&E policy is updated annually and details everybody's responsibilities - from employees to directors.

Preventing pollution and minimising the risk to our employees are our two biggest priorities and we plan to tackle these during 2008 by:

  • Improving the efficiency of our resource usage
  • Minimising waste generation through the application of reduce, reuse and recycle
