Joint Venture agreement signed
T-Mobile and Orange have agreed to join forces and create a new company. We announced we were planning to do this back in September and on Thursday, 5 November, we agreed to move forward with the plans. We're now seeking regulatory approval on the deal. This is a very exciting prospect for both companies and all of our customers as we create a new mobile leader for the UK. It will create the biggest mobile network, with the widest mobile broadband coverage and will allow us to offer even better value to customers. There are no changes for customers today and we don't expect the deal to be completed until Spring/Summer next year.
