Mobile top up
There are lots of different ways you can top up your mobile phone. Choose the one that suits you best, or chop and change depending on where you are, and what's easiest.
Tip: Before you can top up using your mobile or online, you'll need to register a debit or credit card . It only takes a few minutes and as an added bonus, we'll add £2 credit to your balance the first three times you use your card to top up £10 or more.
Topping up using your mobile is really convenient because all you need is your phone and you can easily top up on-the-spot 24 hours a day. There's no need to visit a shop, access the internet or find a cash point.
There are three different ways to top up using your mobile:
- By text
- Through the 'Interactive' menu
- By calling us
Before topping up using any of these methods, you'll need to register a debit or credit card. Make sure you have your card handy each time you top up.
How to top up by text
To top up, firstly register your card and then text the following to 150:
- The letters CR
- The last 4 digits of your credit/debit card
- The amount you want to top up (in £5 increments, min payment £5 up to £95)
- The 3 digit security code on the back of your card (4 if AMEX)
For example: CR 1234 5 123. Remember to leave spaces.
We'll send you a text to confirm your top up was successful.
How to top up through the 'Interactive' menu
Go to the 'Interactive'* menu on your mobile and:
- Select 'Pre-pay Top Up'
- Choose how much you want to top up
- Enter the last four digits of your card number
- Enter your three digit security code (four digits for Amex card holders)
*Most T-Mobile phones will have an interactive menu but it's not always in the same place. If you can't find it in your main menu, try looking under 'Applications' or 'Entertainment'. If you still can't find it, check your online phone manual.
