Pay your mobile bill - online
We offer lots of payment options so you can enjoy more control over your mobile account.
You can pay your bill directly from your bank account using online or phone banking. This means you still have control over when you pay, and because online and phone banking is one of our preferred payment methods you avoid the £3 separate payment handling charge.
How to pay by online or phone banking
Log in to your online banking and set up T-Mobile as a payee using the following details:
- Our bank account number: 31012304
- Our sort code: 40-02-50
- Your T-Mobile account number
If you prefer using phone banking, simply call your bank and provide these details.
Tip: Online/telephone banking and direct debit are our preferred payment methods. A separate payment handling charge of £3 will apply for paying by all other methods.
