How to use voicemail
Call return
After listening to a voicemail message simply press the # key and return the call straight away (this is subject to the caller calling from a phone which has caller ID enabled).
Voicemail charges for retrieval in the UK depend on your price plan. If you use call return you will be charged to return the call as per your price plan.
Voicemail when Roaming
Using your voicemail service whilst roaming will be charged as per the normal roaming voicemail service. Call return will be charged as though you were in the UK. Access to and charging for the voicemail service will continue whilst you use call return.
Voicemail extra
So you'll never be out of touch, our high-capacity voicemail service lets you store up to 30 messages, each lasting up to three minutes, for up to 21 days.
Voicemail extra is available to Pay monthly & U-Fix customers for just £1.50 per month. If you're registered as a business customer it's included as standard.
Set a Pin
This protects your voicemail and lets you pick up your messages from any touch-tone phone. Pay monthly customers can also use it to pick up messages from abroad:
- Call your voicemail
- Select 'Personal options' followed by 'To change mailbox features' and follow the instructions
