Personal development at T-Mobile begins from day one with an induction programme - we like confident staff who can work on their own initiative, but we know you don't achieve that by blindly dropping new people in at the deep end.
We're expanding so fast that we have lots of new starters, and we're committed to providing them all with exceptional training that will help them fulfill their career potential.
A blend of training to suit you
We'll help you plan your training, with the support of your own learning and development team. We have a wide range of facilities to tailor our training to suit your specific learning requirements. From classroom sessions to e-learning and on-the-job training, we offer a wide range of courses covering management, coaching, maximising personal and team performance and interpersonal skills.
Regular performance appraisals and development planning will also help you to identify training and development needs, and find the best solutions to meet them.
And if, after you've been with us more than a year, you want to gain more qualifications, we'll look at your situation and offer support where we can.
