The recruitment process
We've carefully developed specific processes to help us find the right people to fit into each of the different roles in our call centres. The first stage for all our roles is complete our online application.
If you can't apply online, or if you have any special requirements to attend an interview, please email one of the Recruitment Team to let us know.

If you're selected, what happens next depends on the role you've applied for.
Customer Service Advisor
- We'll contact you for a telephone interview.
- If you're successful, we'll invite you to an assessment centre. This will consist of an interview and a role play scenario. You will also have an opportunity to listen in to calls, take a tour of our offices and meet some of the recruitment team and team managers.
Sales Advisor
- Sales Advisor candidates go through the same process as Customer Service Advisor candidates, above.
Technical Advisor
- We'll contact you for a telephone interview.
- If you're successful, we'll invite you to an assessment centre. The day will consist of an interview, role-play scenario and online technical test. You will also have an opportunity to listen in to calls, take a tour of our offices and meet some of the recruitment team and team managers.
Team Manager
- We'll contact you for a telephone interview.
- If you're successful, we'll invite you to an assessment centre. The day will consist of an interview, role-play scenario and presentation.
