Whether we've come up with a new tariff, or are launching a new service altogether, Customer Services needs to provide customer-facing staff with the tools that enable them to manage the customer experience effectively.

All of which makes now a really exciting and challenging time to join this area of our business. It's a dynamic and fast-moving area that can be demanding and stretching at times, but is never boring.

As well as taking care of the management of our customer service systems and processes, we also play an important part in implementing best-practice customer service with all frontline staff. At the same time, any new launch involves us liaising closely with marketing to help our customer service professionals understand new tariffs and packages.

We are also involved in monitoring how our customers interact with our services, and how we can adapt our customer service offering accordingly.
