Living and breathing our brand, developing it, and bringing it to life within T-Mobile, as well as in our customers' minds - all this is the responsibility of our marketing team.

We are responsible for:

  • Brand and Communications Looking after sponsorship, managing above-the-line advertising, and acting as a conduit into PR.
  • Brand Delivering the T-Mobile message - wherever it can be heard - with one voice.
  • Direct Mail Looking after all direct marketing to existing and prospective customers.
  • Creative Services Developing clear internal communications, and eye-catching point-of-sale campaigns.
  • Business Marketing Adapting the T-Mobile message to the business market.

We have a wide remit, and are involved in developing and managing channel marketing, and supporting wholesalers and third-party resellers.

We are responsible for analysing our customer feedback - using these insights to advise on how best to respond to the information gathered and improve our products and services.
