Facilitating and managing change at T-Mobile is at the core of our Programme Development & Management team's work.
One of the things that our team of project managers, programme managers and process consultants all have in common is experience of change. These are people who lead our commercial initiatives, making things happen by understanding what needs to be achieved, shaping how it happens and working in partnership with the business to mould and shape the business of the future.
Tariff launches, call centre outsourcing, cost efficiency and CRM projects are examples of the kinds of project we work on - anything, in fact, that involves bringing together different areas of T-Mobile.
We're a high-energy team with a real passion for the customer. And we want people who are self-motivated and have the creativity to find new ways of doing things to join us.
Our projects demand hard work and they can be stressful. Our role is to be the core facilitator for major projects, making sure the right things get done - on time, on brief and on budget. This makes seeing a project through to launch really rewarding, and at the end of the day, you'll be able to see how your work has contributed to T-Mobile's success.
