Sales operations
Empowering frontline staff by giving them everything they need to maximise their sales opportunities is the responsibility of our Sales Operations directorate. This team supports T-Mobile's sales areas by supplying all the relevant support and materials our sales people need. Working with different departments, the directorate ensures everything is in place to deliver on our sales promises.
The team is involved in:
- managing the supply chain for the sales team
- launching new products and services
- helping to communicate new sales propositions internally
- managing sales promotions and campaigns
- delivering project programmes
- guiding the strategic direction of sales
