Coordinating activity in our retail stores, building our online sales proposition, and servicing the needs of our business customers - all these are part of the work of the Sales directorate, encompassing:

  • Retail sales Overseeing the sales process and procedures in-store, sourcing locations for stores and designing the look and feel of our stores across the country. Find out more about our store-based Retail operation

  • Business sales Managing the acquisition and development, nationally and internationally, of our business customers.
  • Indirect sales Managing the accounts and operations of companies selling T-Mobile products and services on our behalf.
