Information systems

Our 500-strong Information Systems (IS) team is dedicated to all the technologies we use to support our customer experience. It also deals with technologies used within the company in areas such as finance and HR.

Information systems technology is used to support a wealth of T-Mobile activities including:

  • customer billing
  • contact centres
  • retail stores
  • analysis of customer data for the definition of new customer propositions
  • quality and testing

Delighting our customers is at the heart of what T-Mobile does, and we make sure that all new technologies give customers the best experience. So whether our customers are paying their bill, calling us for support, buying a phone in a store or applying to us for a job, IS spearheads the systems that support them.

We use technologies such as SAP, Ab Initio and Excalibur. There's always something new to demonstrate excellence in and our commitment to investing in IS is second to none.
