Basically each day is never the same. There could be days where I could be doing totally different things such as dealing with issues, running around chasing people but it could also be speaking to other members of the business about totally different aspects. Also, the doughnuts and the cakes my team bring in!
What skills do you use the most?
I sit in information technology so you need your technical skills when speaking to other departments within IS. You need to understand the interfaces from a technical level. Also, I need to have the soft skills, especially communication, whether it is oral or written. And also negotiation and influencing skills are very important.
What's the atmosphere like at T-Mobile?
It's a fun place to work. It can be very fast paced. There's a lot of energy because we're always trying to get new products to market very quickly so you always have to work together.
