I love to be outside. It's excellent. And I'm on my own all the time so as long as I've done my work in target, I pretty much get left alone. And I'm not in an office - I don't have to face customers, so if I don't want to I don't have to do my hair or put make-up on. I can just jump up out of bed, put a cap on and off I go.
What's the atmosphere like at T-Mobile?
They're fun and they look after me. We're a real team and if we've got any problems, no matter what time of the day or night, I would not hesitate to ring them - our phones are always on to help each other.
What is the social life like at T-Mobile?
We do go out. We're going to a comedy club tonight in Southampton for a bit of an overnight stay and a maybe a few quiet drinks… (laughs)… a few quiet drinks…
Where do you see yourself in three years' time?
I'd love to be doing the same job. There is nothing I don't like about it. Except maybe I'd like to be doing it in Devon (laughs).
How do you think working here compares with other companies in the industry?
I've not worked for any other companies but I've been doing this job for five and a half years and I'm one of the newest field techs we have so I think that speaks for itself.
Why work for T-Mobile?
The package is really great. The people are amazing. We've got a real team spirit and I actually really, really enjoy going to work.
