Check your coverage in any UK street
It makes sense to check our network coverage before you join us, because it'd be a shame if your new mobile didn't work somewhere that's important to you.
How StreetCheck works
Simply enter the postcodes where you live, work and play and we'll show you maps of our outdoor coverage - it won't take more than a minute.
This map is only a guide and is not a guarantee of service availability in a particular location. It shows outdoor coverage only. As with all radio-based systems, service may be affected by a number of local factors, such as building materials, tree cover and weather conditions.
Points to Note
In areas where high quality outdoor coverage is indicated, it is usually possible to make and receive calls within buildings. However, this is dependent on the construction of the building. Please also note that the service areas are based on computer prediction. Whilst we have endeavoured to make this guide as accurate as possible, as at the date of publication the information provided is not a guarantee of service availability. All products using radio technology, including Television and car radios, can be affected by local physical conditions which may interfere with radio signals. As with other mobile phone services, T-Mobile can be affected in tunnels, dips, cuttings and wooded areas. In some cases, use of your T-Mobile phone will be impaired inside buildings. Therefore, even in high quality service areas, additional sites might be planned to improve the level of in-building coverage in known problem areas.
