TextLink
The TextLink service allows hearing impaired customers to make real time text to voice and voice to text calls direct from their mobile.
Using the full QWERTY keyboard on the TextLink 9100, you type in your message which is read out to your recipient by an operator. The reply is converted to text by the operator and is sent back to the TextLink 9100 where it appears on the large screen for easy reading.
The Text Time price plans complement the Textlink 9100 and provide discounted rates for calls made using the TextLink prefixes, when compared to standard voice calls.
T-Mobile recommends using the TextLink 9100 along with the Nokia 6230i (you will also need an adaptor to connect the TextLink 9100 to the mobile phone).
