* International Option - for a flat monthly fee, you can reduce the cost of receiving calls while abroad by even more. International Option
* Voice rates are per minute. 1 minute minimum. Pay Monthly is charged at 30 second increments after 1st minute. Pay As You Go and Mix-It is charged at per second after 1st minute. VAT is included where appropriate. No VAT is charged on usage outside the EU. Some international charges can take upto 2 months to appear on your bill.
** Receiving voicemail - when you're abroad you'll be charged if your phone diverts calls to voicemail because your phone is busy, unavailable or rings out. When someone calls you it connects to T-Mobile in the UK and is then routed to your phone abroad, if you don't answer the call it is then routed back to your mailbox in the UK. Because of this you are charged for both of these diverts.
You can avoid being charged for voicemail messages when you're abroad if you remove voicemail from your account for the duration of your trip. But remember, if you do this you won't be able to receive any voicemail messages.
To do this, call 150 from your handset before you go and Customer Services will remove the voicemail service from your account.
Your price plan's inclusive allowance cannot be used outside of the UK.
