What is mobile broadband?
Mobile broadband is fast computer internet access without a landline.
Just like a mobile phone, mobile broadband uses a SIM card to connect. The SIM card goes into a USB modem (sometimes called a "dongle"). The modem is then plugged into a laptop and hey presto, it connects to the internet.
