Topping up using an E voucher

What is an E voucher?

E vouchers are ideal when you're out and about and you need to top up. They're available at T-Mobile stores and over 100,000 retail outlets around the UK such as grocery stores, newsagents and off licences.

Everywhere you see the green 'top-up' logo you can also top up by E voucher.

So if you leave your swipe card at home there's no need to panic.

An E voucher is a card or receipt with a unique 16-digit voucher number printed on it.

Topping up

When you want to top up, just:

  • Visit a shop displaying the 'top-up' logo above
  • Buy a voucher (between £5 and £50 in £5 increments)
  • Dial 150 and select option 1 then 2
  • Key in the 16-digit number and press #
