Topping up online
1. Sign up or log in to My T-Mobile
Top up online through My T-Mobile and you can also:
- Check your balance
- See all itemised use for the past 90 days (if you're the account holder)
- Send a webtext (charged at your price plan rate)
- Do loads of other useful stuff
2. Register a debit or credit card
You only need to register a card once in My T-Mobile and you can use it to make top up payments any time you log in after that.
Tip: You can register a card with T-Mobile, either online through My T-Mobile, or by calling our customer services on 150.
This will allow you to top up £30 every 30 days. If you'd like to top up more than this, by debit or credit card, you'll need to call Customer Services to register your home address with us - we'll check if that it matches the card billing address. If you do this, you'll be able to top up £200 every 30 days.
3. You're ready to
top up
When you want to top up, all you need to do is:
- Visit any shop displaying the green 'top-up' sign
- Tell them how much you want to top up (between £5 and £50 in £5 increments)
- Hand over your E top-up card for swiping
- Pay (and don't forget to get your E top-up card back!)
Tip: If you have more than one E top-up card, write the phone number each is linked to on the back so you don't get them mixed up.
