FREE digital photo frame – Terms and conditions

1. Take out any new connection or upgrade/renew onto any pay monthly or pay as you go plan with a Sony Ericsson K850i phone between 1 April 2008 and 30 June 2008 in our stores, over the phone from our telesales team or via www.t-mobile.co.uk to get one free digital photo frame
2. To get your free digital photo frame return the form printed on the box sleeve to the address below by 31 July 2008. Once we get your form we will verify that your account is still active (it won't be if you have returned your phone under StreetCheck or because of any other right of return that you may have because you bought over the phone or online) and if it is we will send the Sony Ericsson digital photo frame to your address within 28 days from the receipt of your claim.  
3. You must clearly complete all fields of the application form on the reverse of the Sony Ericsson K850i box sleeve and send it to Sony Ericsson free digital photo frame promotion Dept No. D5530, PO Box 99 Aylesbury HP19 8RR .
4. Only one application per person is allowed.
5. Sony Ericsson will not take responsibility for lost damaged or delayed applications.
6. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
