1. I have a monthly Mobile Broadband price plan, how will this affect me?

Mobile Broadband pricing will reflect the 17.5% standard rate for VAT. So you will see a slight increase on your bill for Mobile Broadband.

2. When will you apply the new VAT to my bill?

All bills dated and printed from 1 January 2010 onwards will show the standard 17.5% rate.

3. I use pay per day Mobile Broadband, what does it mean for me?

You were getting the reduced rate for pay per day Mobile Broadband, but you'll be charged the normal price of £2 from 1 January 2010.
