Inclusive minutes and texts are from the UK to all UK mobiles and numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03 at any time. This doesn't cover Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
Call and message costs
Once your inclusive minutes and texts are used up the following costs will apply (anytime to any UK network).

Picture messages and voicemail aren't part of inclusive minutes and texts and will cost this much whenever you use them
Calls to Customer Services on connection to a customer service agent will be charged at 25p inc VAT.

All chargeable calls will be subject to a one minute minimum charge unless otherwise stated.
Unless you're on new Flext, your plan won't include calls to any 08 (including 0870) or 070 numbers. Calls to all 08 numbers cost up to 40p/minute and calls to 070 numbers cost up to 75p/minute. See www.t-mobile.co.uk/08-09
