Monthly allowances, and rates for calls & messages while using your allowance, are not subject to VAT. All other rates will be shown on your bill exclusive of 17.5% VAT

 The legal stuff you need to know

All offers are for new connections only unless we say otherwise. New minimum term contract and credit check applies. A £3 separate payment handling charge applies for processing payments by methods other than direct debit or BACS payments made via online or telephone banking.

Minimum call charges

Any calls under 60 seconds will be rounded up to the 1 minute charge for that type of call therefore the applicable per minute rate will apply. The minimum call charge will be taken from the Flext allowance unless:

  • The allowance has been used (therefore on-net, off-net and landline calls will be charged at 20p)
  • It is a voicemail call which will be charged at 12p.
  • It is an international or roaming call so will be dependent on the per minute cost of the zone which is being called.
  • It is a call to Customer Services or Directory Enquiries

Flext offers

£5 off line rental

  • Up to 25% off available as £5 discount off monthly line rental, based on Flext 20.
  • Save £90 on Flext over 18 months: saving based on £5 discount on monthly line rental for an 18 month minimum term contract.
  • Subject to connection to any Flext or Flext + Web'n'Walk price plan.
  • Plans available on a 12 and/or 18 month minimum term contract.
  • Also available to registered business customers on a 24 month minimum term contract.
  • Subject to credit check.
  • Only available by calling the T-Mobile telesales number or by purchasing in a T-Mobile store or via the T-Mobile online store.
  • You'll continue to get the £5 discount off your monthly line rental until you upgrade or otherwise renew your minimum term contract. You may lose the discount if you move to another price plan.
  • Offer ends 31st May 2008.

Free weekend calls

  • Free weekend calls subject to connection to Flext 35, 40, 50 or 75 or Flext + Web'n'Walk 35, 40 and 50 on an 18 month minimum term contract. Also available to registered business customers on a 24 month minimum term contract.
  • Subject to credit check.
  • Only available via the T-Mobile online store.
  • 5,000 minutes of free weekend calls a month. Your usual price plan allowances and charges will apply once you have used up your 5,000 free minutes a month.
  • Free calls are between midnight on Friday and midnight on Sunday and are for calls from the UK to the customers of any UK mobile network and to local and national numbers.
  • You may lose eligibility for the free calls if you move to another price plan.
  • You will lose eligibility for the free calls if you upgrade or otherwise renew your minimum term contract.
  • Offer ends 31st May 2008.
