Losing your phone doesn't have to be the end of the world. If you've got Clone Phone Fully Loaded, just let us know and we'll make sure you have a replacement phone in your hands within 24 hours* of your claim being accepted.
* To get 24-hour replacement, your claim needs to be accepted before 7.30pm. This timeframe may be extended because of geographical location, bank holidays; where a delivery slot is requested that takes the replacement beyond 24 hours or any other exceptional circumstances.
Let us know if your phone is lost, stolen or damaged, and we'll get a replacement to you within 24 hours* of your claim being accepted.
