Set up a top-up reminder and we'll give you a friendly nudge when you're low on credit.
For example, we'll send you a text when you're down to your last £1 of credit.
And if you register your credit or debit card with us when you do get a reminder text, you can even reply with a text in order to top up.

No credit? No time to top up? No problem. Once your credit has run out, we will give you 5 FREE texts per month. So you can always text your friends and ask them to call you back when you've run out of credit.
Transferring your number is easy. Here's a quick summary of what you need to do:
Contact your old provider and ask for a PAC code
Contact T-Mobile on 08454 123123 and give us:
Your PAC code
The name of your old network
Your new T-Mobile phone number and the number you want to bring over to us
Your number will be transferred in two working days.
