You’ll receive your SIM card pack with full instructions in around two working days. Then you’ll be able to use your phone straightaway. Call 146 if you need to know more about getting started.
How to find your SIM.
Most SIM cards live behind your phone's back cover, often underneath the battery. However, some have a special slot or compartment on the outside of the phone.
If you can't find your SIM, or your phone doesn't have one, please check the instructions or the manufacturer's website.
There are two types of SIM available:
Combi SIM
Includes both a standard SIM and a microSIM, and is compatible with all phones except the iPhone 5. Just
pop out the size you need and you're ready to go.
Nano SIM
For use with iPhone5
Buy a Smart Pack from your pay as you go credit and get loads of minutes, texts and data to use for 30 days. Our BlackBerry packs all include BlackBerry Mail and BBM.
If you're a new customer or already on our Everyday plan, simply buy a Smart Pack by texting us a code. If you are on another plan, that's fine. Just switch by texting EVERYDAY to 146 and then buy the pack you like.

Smart Packs are fantastic value for your pay as you go credit and simple to use -buy a pack once and it automatically continues every month as long as you have credit. They work like this...
- All the allowances in a Smart Pack last for 30 days. At the end of the 30th day we'll take your next payment and a new pack will start automatically (unused minutes, texts and data don't roll over, though).
- If you don't have enough credit we'll let you know - so you can top up and text again to buy another pack.
- You can see how much data, minutes or texts you've got left at any time by simply texting BA to 150.
- We'll remind you by text when your new pack is about to start, and if any of your allowances run out before the 30 days.
- If you're already on T-Mobile pay as you go then you'll need to make sure you are on our Everyday plan before you buy a pack. Just call 146 to check, or text EVERYDAY to 146 to change. Smart Packs are not available with any other T-Mobile plan.
- If you want to change your pack, first text STOP plus the name of the pack to 441, then wait for your current pack to expire (we'll tell you when that happens). You can then buy a different Smart Pack in the normal way.
- If you move to another price plan while a Smart Pack is active, you will lose any remaining minutes, texts or data you haven't yet used.
- And remember, whatever pack you choose you also get terrific coverage as you'll be using EE's 3G network, the biggest in the UK.

Want one? Well, it's easy.
Once you've joined T-Mobile and topped up, you can pick a Smart Pack any time you like. Text SMART and the value of your pack to 441 (like SMART10 for a £10 pack). For BlackBerry® Packs do the same, but text BBPACK (so BBPACK10) to 441.
The money will be taken from your credit, so make sure you've topped up first.

Top-up reminders
Set up a top-up reminder and we'll give you a friendly nudge when you're low on credit.
For example, we'll send you a text when you're down to your last £1 of credit.
And if you register your credit or debit card with us when you do get a reminder text, you can even reply with a text in order to top up.
Call me back texts
No credit? No time to top up? No problem. Once your credit has run out, we will give you 5 FREE texts per month. So you can always text your friends and ask them to call you back when you've run out of credit.
Stay in touch when your credit runs out
We know how important your phone is to you. You wouldn't leave home without it, right?
For your peace of mind, our Call Me Back service means you can always stay in touch - even when you're out of credit.
Call Me Back gives you the security of knowing you're never left high and dry, even when your credit runs out.
Top up £1, £2, £3 or £4 in any of our stores and many corner shops only: check before you top up. Your first top up with us, and any online or SMS top ups, have to be at least £5
