If you want internet access on your laptop from any location you have mobile coverage, but don't want to be tied into a monthly contract – then try web'n'walk Plus Daily.

Web'n'walk Plus Daily gives you internet access wherever you need it and you'll never pay more than £4 for each day you use it. Each day lasts from midnight to midnight.

How do I top up?

Once you've received your USB modem you can top up your account in two ways:

Option 1 E-top up

Use the electronic top-up (E top-up) card that comes with your USB modem, to top-up at over 100,000 retail outlets around the UK. Find out more about E-top ups.

Option 2 Online top-up

Sign up or log into My T-Mobile, register your debit/credit card, then next time you log-in select 'Top up now' to top up. Find out more about online Top ups.

Web'n'walk

Compatible handset required. £1 maximum daily charge applies to U-Fix, Mates Rates, Everyone and Text Appeal customers. Roaming charges apply. Charges of 0.73p per KB apply until £1 per day (midnight to midnight) is spent. If you have already spent £1 and you browse for a continuous period from before midnight to after midnight, all of that period will be charged at the new day's rate of 0.73p per KB. Not applicable to connection via circuit switch data (CSD). Subject to coverage.

*To ensure a high quality of service for all our customers a fair use policy of 40MB (of data both sent and received in the UK) per day applies. We monitor use on a monthly basis. If, in our reasonable opinion, you regularly exceed 40MB per day, we may tell you to reduce your future use. If you again regularly exceed 40 MB per day, we may tell you that we are going to apply network protection controls, resulting in a reduced network speed for 14 days. If you exceed 40 MB per day for a third time, we may tell you that we are going to apply further network protection controls, resulting in a permanently reduced network speed. We do not permit use of this service to provide modem access for a computer or for peer to peer file sharing, internet phone calls or instant messaging. Roaming charges apply.

5 day pass

You must be on either the Mates Rates, Everyone or Text Appeal price plan to get a 5 Day Pass and you'll need £7.50 credit on your mobile. We'll send you a text to let you know when the pass has been applied to your account and we'll start counting your 5 days the next day. You can then use the pass until midnight five days later and we'll let you know when your pass has run out. If you change your price plan during this time, you will lose your pass. The pass only applies to calls and texts made from the UK to other customers on T-Mobile and you can only have one 5 Day Pass on your account at any one time. We have a fair use policy of 1000 texts and 720 minutes of calls in a 24 hour period. If you exceed this amount, we'll request that you reduce your usage for the service. If you continue to use more than this, we may remove the 5 Day Pass from you, and you may lose the right to purchase one in the future.

Eastern European Pass

To receive these great rates all you need to do is text INT to 441 to join the programme. You can then make calls from the UK to mobile numbers in those countries for 15p per minute and make calls to landline numbers in those countries for 5p per minute. Calls to premium rate numbers and other non-geographic numbers are not included. A minimum call charge of 10p applies to this offer. T-Mobile reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time by giving you 30 days notice by sending notification via a text message.

20% bonus credit

You can join the programme when you have been a T-Mobile pay as you go customer for at least 3 months. You can then opt in by texting 'Get More' to 441. We'll let you know that we've opted you in. Sorry, but U-Fix customers can't opt in. You have 90 days from when you opt in to earn your first bit of free bonus credit.

To do that, just top up £50- £250 in those 90 days and you'll earn 20% of that credit back as bonus credit. You don't have to top up in one go to get your free credit, as we will add up all the top ups that you make in that 90 days and see if they add up to at least £50. We'll give you your free bonus credit on day 91 and let you know it's ready to use. You then have 90 days to use it, or you lose it. A new 90 day period also starts, giving you the chance to earn another bit of 20% bonus credit. We'll keep giving you more 90 day periods after that too. You can use your bonus credit in the UK for calls to the customers of UK mobile networks, calls to local and national numbers (meaning calls which start with 01, 02 (except Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man) and 03) and texts and MMS to the customers of UK mobile networks. If you have bonus credit and regular top up credit on your phone, the bonus credit will be used up first. Relax plan customer? Using your bonus credit won't count towards monthly usage for your plan. Standard plan customer? Using your bonus credit won't count towards qualifying calls for your plan. We can change these terms and conditions or change or withdraw the programme at any time by giving you at least 2 weeks' warning by SMS. To check your balance and the expiry date of your bonus credit, call us on 150. You can also opt out by calling us on 150 at any time.

Top up & stretch

  • If you are a pay as you go customer, you can opt in to Top Up & Stretch by texting STRETCH to 441. We'll send you a text to let you know when it has worked.
  • To qualify for your £10 free promotional credit, successfully top up at least £10 between one minute in the morning on Monday and midnight on Friday. We'll send you a text to let you know when you've done it. You will need to stay a member of Top Up & Stretch throughout the week to get your promotional credit that weekend.
  • Your promotional credit can be used for calls and texts from the UK to the customers of UK mobile networks and to local and national numbers starting 01, 02 or 03 (excluding Jersey Guernsey and the Isle of Man). It can also be used for picture messages from the UK to customers of UK mobile networks too.
  • Providing you remain a member of Top Up & Stretch, we'll add your promotional credit to your account at one minute in the morning that Saturday. You have until midnight that Sunday to use it, or you lose it. During that weekend your promotional credit will be used first, then any GET MORE bonus credit you may have, and then your regular top-up credit. We'll send you a text once you have used up your promotional credit.
  • If you have a Mates Rates 5 day pass as well as Top Up & Stretch promotional credit and you call or text a T-Mobile mate, it will be counted as a Mates Rates 5 day pass call or text, and won't come out of your promotional credit.
  • We reserve the right to close opt ins to Top Up & Stretch at any time. We will give you reasonable notice if we decide to bring Top Up & Stretch to an end.
  • We're afraid that you can't be part of Top Up & Stretch and our other great pay as you go offer, Top Up Friday at the same time. If you try to opt in to both, you'll be a member of the last offer that you successfully opted in to. You can opt out of Top Up & Stretch at anytime by texting 'STRETCH STOP' to 441.
