Customers who qualify for this promotion are invited to redeem the voucher they receive with promotional boxes of Samsung Jet for £50 worth of movie downloads from www.samsungmovies.com.
All vouchers must be redeemed by 30th September 2010 and this credit must be used in full by this date.
If the voucher is not redeemed by this date then it will automatically expire. Please note that any remaining credit on redeemed vouchers will be automatically lost should it not be used up by the 30th September 2010.
- This Promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its respective group companies, their families and anyone else connected professionally with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
- £50 worth of movie downloads from www.samsungmovies.com is available to purchasers of promotional boxes containing Samsung Jet mobile phones from 1st January 2010 and only while stocks of such boxes last. Please note that this promotion is only available in conjunction with certain promotional boxes containing Samsung Jet.
- Customers redeeming under this promotion will either need to join www.samsungmovies.com or sign in to that service (if they are existing members) in order to take advantage of this promotion. Customers will also be bound by Samsung Movie's terms and conditions relating to use of that site which may be found here: www.samsungmovies. com>support>help>terms & conditions.
- To be eligible to claim your £50 of movie downloads you must have purchased your qualifying Samsung Jet mobile phone (not second-hand or refurbished) in the UK by 30th September 2010. This offer is only available on the qualifying Samsung Jet mobile phones lawfully put on the market in the EEA.
- The £50 movie download voucher offer is available to end-purchasers of qualifying Samsung Jet mobile phones only and not, for the avoidance of doubt, to any person who has purchased a qualifying Samsung Jet mobile phone for the purposes of resale.
- To claim your £50 movie download voucher you must enter your unique promotion code in the 'redeem voucher' box and activate the voucher on www.samsungmovies.com. The promotion code can be found in the leaflet inserted into the Samsung Jet mobile phone promotional box. Should your flyer become lost/stolen/damaged the Promoter will not provide a replacement.
- Only one £50 movie download voucher will be available in respect of each qualifying Samsung Jet mobile phone purchased. Only one voucher will be redeemable per person and can only be used to download movies from samsungmovies.com. The cost of each film contained in the samsungmovies.com site varies.
- The £50 movie download voucher will not be available where the claimant has cancelled his/her contract to purchase the Samsung Jet mobile phone, whether under the consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or otherwise, including for the avoidance of doubt cancellation in circumstances where the claimant has replaced the qualifying Samsung Jet mobile phone purchased with a non-qualifying Samsung Jet mobile phone under the terms of sale of the vendor. Any voucher received will in these circumstances need to be returned to the Promoter.
- The £50 movie download voucher will be valid until 30th September 2010 and will automatically expire thereafter.
- Voucher is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative to the voucher (or any part of it) nor can it be sold to any third party.
- The Promoter shall not be responsible for any shortage of stocks of qualifying Samsung Jet mobile phones held by vendors.
- The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require such further verification as to the identity and details of the claimant and/or the verification as to their qualifying Samsung Jet mobile phone purchase before allowing the claimant to redeem and use the £50 movie download voucher at www.samsungmovies.com.
- The decision of the Promoter, acting reasonably, is final. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims or accompanying documentation lost, misdirected, illegible, mutilated or altered. Claims that do not comply with these terms and conditions may be disqualified by Promoter.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any disruption to this Promotion, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its employees or agents out of or in connection with the Promotion except where caused by wilful neglect of the Promoter, its employees or agents. Nothing in this clause is deemed to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Promoter, its employees or agents.
- By entering this Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of the terms and conditions may, at the Promoter's discretion, result in forfeiture of the £50 movie download voucher.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Samsung promotion. If you make a claim under this promotion then you may not make a claim under any other Samsung promotion relating to your purchase of the same qualifying Samsung Jet mobile phone.
- Please note that for the purposes of running this Promotion we may need to collect certain personal details from you such as your name, telephone number, date of birth and address. By entering this Promotion you agree that we may store and process such personal details for the purposes of running this Promotion for the duration of the Promotion, We will not pass your details to any third party or otherwise contact you for marketing purposes.
- Instructions regarding entry contained in the advertisement form part of the terms and conditions. However in the event of any conflict, the terms contained herein shall prevail.
- The Promoter reserves the right acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice to vary the terms of this Promotion or withdraw it.
