If your phone is lost, stolen or damaged in the UK

  • Call T-Mobile within 24 hours of discovering the incident on 0845 412 5000 to blacklist your phone and block the SIM card if it's lost or stolen.
  • If stolen or maliciously damaged report the theft or damage to the Police within 24 hours of discovering the incident. Make sure you get a crime reference number.
  • Call fonesafe within 48 hours of discovering the incident on 0844 848 5637. Lines are open 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Saturday.

If your phone is lost, stolen or damaged abroad

  • Call T-Mobile within 48 hours of discovering the incident on +44 79539 66150 to blacklist your phone and block the SIM card if it's lost or stolen.
  • If lost, stolen or maliciously damaged report the loss, theft or damage to the local Police within 48 hours of discovering the incident. Make sure you get a loss/crime reference number or a Police report.
  • Call fonesafe within 48 hours of your return to the UK on 0844 848 5637. Lines are open 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Saturday.
