Join Combi 30 with a Samsung F480 (Tocco) or Samsung U900 by visiting us in store, going to t-mobile.co.uk or by calling us before 31 January 2009 and you'll get free web'n'walk included at no extra charge and unlimited texts. We might change the phones available with this offer before this end date. The free texts are the same type as your inclusive ones. You may lose your web'n'walk and your texts if you move, renew or upgrade your plan.
You'll need internet coverage, check it at t-mobile.co.uk/streetcheck. Remember that you can only use web'n'walk in the UK and you can't use your phone as a modem or use web'n'walk for peer to peer file sharing, instant messaging (except if you have a Sidekick) or making internet phone calls.
This option comes with a fair use policy of 1GB a month. We'll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our web'n'walk customers. If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won't charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use your plan, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much.

To claim your gift, just wait 7 working days (counting from the day after you received your new plan and phone) and then register with us by giving us your contact details (your T-Mobile phone number, full name, billing address and postcode). If you have an email address you can register online at t-mobilegift.co.uk. When you have successfully registered we will send you an email to confirm this as well as giving you your log on and password details, which you can use to view your profile page online. If you don't have an email address you can register with us by calling 0845 412 2333.
Remember that if you don't register with us within 60 calendar days (counting from the date on which you can register), you won't be able to claim your gift. You won't be able to register to claim your gift at all if you have left (or asked to leave) us, your account has been suspended and/or you haven't paid your last bill.
As soon as you have registered we will send you the gift we promised you to your billing address. Please allow 28 days for it to arrive. You won't be able to ask us to send or sell your gift to anyone else, swap it for anything else and you won't be able to get actual cash instead. By connecting with us you've accepted this legal stuff. Remember that we can change how this works at any time.
Unlimited texts
Join Combi 30, 35, 40 or 50 on an 18 month plan by visiting us in store or by calling us before 31 January 2009 and you'll get free unlimited texts. The free texts are the same type as your inclusive ones. You may lose your free texts if you move, renew or upgrade your plan.
Double texts online
Join Combi 15, 20 or 25 by going to t-mobile.co.uk before 31 January 2009 and you'll get double texts. That's a total of 600 texts a month. The free texts are the same type as your inclusive ones. You may lose your free texts if you move, renew or upgrade your plan.
Extra 10% off online
Join Combi 35 or 40 by going to t-mobile.co.uk before 31 January 2009 and you'll get 10% off your monthly line rental. That means that on Combi 35 you'll pay just £31.50 a month and on Combi 40, you'll pay just £36 a month. You'll keep getting your discount until you move, renew or upgrade your plan.
Guarantee
Join us on Solo 30 or Combi 30 at £30 a month. Then, if at any time you can show us that you can get more minutes included in a plan available from 3, O2, Orange or Vodafone at £30 a month, call us and we will match or even beat the minutes of a like for like package. Solo 30 and Combi 30 have their own extra legal stuff.
You can ask us to match those minutes once a month. For Solo 30 customers, this guarantee lasts for as long as you continuously stay on Solo 30. For Combi 30 customers, you may lose our guarantee if you move, renew or upgrade your plan.
A like for like plan is a current plan promoted directly by one of the other 4 networks on their whole phone range to all new customers at £30 a month (inc. VAT). So, the same type of minutes with the same phone at the same price for the same length of minimum term.
Our guarantee is all about the minutes that are built into your plan, not offers that are here today and gone tomorrow. So, our minutes aren't promotional or shared and our £30 a month price isn't promotional either. Our guarantee plans aren't promotional plans or just for businesses and the monthly payment isn't partly for a phone. So, as a guideline, anything like that wouldn't be a like for like offer when compared to our plans. For Combi 30, our minutes won't vary each month and so any plan with that type of minutes isn't a like for like offer. Remember that we won't match minutes on a plan which isn't offered genuinely. If we don't accept that a plan you bring us is a like for like offer, you'll stay on your current plan.
